From his beginnings in Chicago to his mentorship under renowned Chef Junzan Ichikawa, Ismael has carried his passion for culinary excellence across prestigious kitchens. With the support of his family, Casa Madai now stands as a celebration of his journey, blending tradition and innovation in every dish.
